Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
