At Velashine Skincare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it;

• Be in its original packaging, with any seals, labels, and tags intact;

• Be in a resellable condition; and

• Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Please do not send any products back to us without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at velashineskincareuk@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number;

• The item(s) you wish to return; and

• The reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please retain your proof of postage until your return and refund have been fully processed.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at velashineskincareuk@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal removed.

This includes skincare, beauty, cosmetic, and other personal-care products, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or you otherwise have a legal right to return it.

We also cannot accept returns of:

• Personalised or custom-made products;

• Perishable goods;

• Gift cards; or

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are generally non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or you otherwise have a statutory right to a refund or return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or variation, the quickest option is to return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
